[ a new kind of pomodoro ]

pressstart

The focus timer that crawls, instead of counting down at you.

Most timers
shout.

Big red numbers, ticking down, daring you to panic. Focus tools built to feel like a countdown to failure. No wonder the clock makes you tense.

[ the idea ]

So we turned time into something you watch, not something you fear.

Every session, the grid fills with fruit. A snake sets off and slithers, checkpoint to checkpoint, at exactly the pace of your timer.

You glance over, see how far it has gone, and breathe. When it reaches the last fruit, your time is up.

The math is hidden. The calm is the whole point.

Work flows into rest.
Rest waits for you.

EATS

The snake works to the last fruit

Set your focus time and the snake sets off, calm and steady, eating one checkpoint at a time. No numbers screaming in the corner.

NAPS

Then it curls up, and so do you

Time is up, the screen settles, and your break begins on its own. You never have to ask the timer for permission to rest.

WAITS

It will never drag you back

When you are ready, one press wakes the snake for the next round. Walk away and it just waits, patiently, for as long as you need.

[ the object ]

A small thing for your desk. Monotone, quiet, a little bit 1998.

No glowing arcade colors. A reflective pixel screen, a knob to set your time, and one button to call it done.
